We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Go-Ped's are generally very reliable and low maintenance, but they are not "maintenance free."
A bit of savvy when it comes to small two cycle engines is important.
If you, no one in your family, or no one in your close circle of friends have some know-how about small engines,
you might want to reconsider your purchase.
Go-Peds® are for most people, but not for everyone!

We find that by far the number one reason we see a scooter in the service department is because the engine was run with either no oil mixed with the fuel or an improper mixture of two cycle oil in the gasoline. The most common reason for engine failure is when the machine is loaned to a friend and they put unmixed fuel in the tank. This will do a tremendous amount of damage to the engine and is not covered under the warranty.

Just like any machine, moving parts experience wear and vibration. They will from time to time require maintenance and replacement parts.

PLEASE READ THE WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES BELOW.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

All manufacturer warranty policies apply. New Scooters have a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects only. "Super" model Peds® are designed for racing and carry no expressed warranty on the engine or engine components.
You must have returned (within 7 days of receipt) the warranty registration form to be considered as warranty registered.
NO RETURNED REGISTRATION FORM means NO WARRANTY!
Use of non-OEM componets during the warranty period may void the warranty.
Used products carry no warranty.

RETURNS POLICY:

New Scooters and Parts may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided that the are in New and Unused condition (i.e. unridden). Electrical components, special orders, and used equipment is sold without warranty and is not returnable. All returns must be authorized by calling us and obtaining return instructions. Returned and warranty items must be shipped to us prepaid and insured by the customer. We will pay for shipping back to the registered owner. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
