PRE-ENTRY DEADLINES
On-Line, Mailed and Faxed pre-entry forms
for all 2003 events must be received by 5pm
on the Wednesday prior to the event entered.
Entries received after the deadline may not
be entered or may be subject to late fees.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Mailed entries must be paid by good check or money order and included with
the entry form and signed waiver. Faxed and On-Line entries must
be paid by valid Visa or Mastercard with all information clearly entered
and both the credit card authorization line and waiver signed (signed at
check-in race day morning for On-Line entries.

CHECK-IN
For On-Line, Mailed and Faxed entries, you must check in
at scoring on the race day morning before 7:30 am to confirm receipt of
your entry, sign the pit waiver and, if you paid by credit card, pick up
your receipt. Please Pre-Enter! It saves you money and us valuable
time.

SATURDAY
REGISTRATION
Saturday late registration will be available
for all events. The location for Saturday
evening registration will be at the event
site. Check the web site (www.promotionracing.com)
There is a $10 per class late fee.

REFUND
POLICY
Trophy and cash awards, as well as point determinations are set on the
Saturday night prior to each event. Pro Motion will issue race credits
for class entries canceled by 7:30 pm on the Saturday evening prior to
each event. No Cash Refunds Will Be Issued. The rider
only may cancel in person or by phone at 303-333-2011
(accepting time stamped messages).
Entries will not be canceled after 7:30 pm
on the Saturday evening prior to each event.

ADVERSE
WEATHER POLICY
An event will be scored as final in any classes that have completed at
least one moto. Classes that have completed a second moto or main
will be scored as usual. Classes which have not completed a moto
or main (more than 1/2 of the scheduled laps) will be issued credit on
that event towards the next PMRP event. The decision to cancel due
to adverse conditions will be at the discretion of the race and event directors
and/or local authorities.
